Adult Coaching
Squash Coach runs programmes that are customised to the individual needs of the players to give that personalised touch. Focus is on teaching the basics of the game including but not limited to the grip, swing, footwork and movement.Match play strategies and shot making skills are also part of the programme for the more advanced players.
The aim of the programme is for the players to enjoy the sport better through improved ball control, fitness and prevention of injuries by way of proper movement around the court.
These objectives are consistently maintained by combining drills and overall fitness routines designed to give confidence in the player's skills and improve stamina.
